We took so much time tailoring the user experience and understanding the customer journey, the process took understanding how users were currently using other CMS platforms and how they engaged with them it was vital in bringing these insights to the forefront so we could truly have an understanding of how on a deeper level customers were engaging with platforms they have used and loved over the years and how we could not merely compete but also integrate with their current platforms of choice
